半年に１度の面談

今年も残りわずかとなってきましたが、みなさんいかがおすごしですか？

この時期、わが社ではスタッフ一人ひとりと、話をする時間をとっています。

「人事考課」 というと、固い印象を与えてしまうかもしれませんが、自分の仕事ぶりを客観的にふりかえり、自分がどんなことが評価されて、何が足らないのか。何を期待されていて、何をどうがんばったらいいのか。
について、それぞれと話をさせてもらっています。

私も2年ほど会社勤めの経験があるのですが、自分の給与がどのようにして決まり、どうやったら上がるのか、について評価システムの解説を受けたことはあるのですが、正直いまいちピンとこなかった。自分自身にうまく落とし込めなかった。。。
という経験があるので、できるだけ本人に想像しやすいように時間をとっています。（まぁ、少人数の会社だからこそできるのですが）
